These programs have been highly successful in the private sector worldwide. They will dramatically expand the consciousness of policymakers which will make it possible for foreign policymakers and negotiators to get on the same wavelength with adversaries and allies. Officials will be able to recognize the many pitfalls in the policies they formulate and their negotiating missteps. They would also be able to dismantle decades of resentment interfering with present day cooperation efforts.  

There is no viable reason why all governments cannot work out their differences and find common ground. There is no sensible reason why so many have to suffer in war zones and from starvation, genocide and terrorism.
