Arnold is one of OIC’s founding members. He is also a former member of the World Affairs Council of Philadelphia and the Foreign Policy Research Institute. Arnold is a former Board Member of the United Nations Association, a former member of the Pennsylvania-Russian Business Council, Business Executives for Nuclear Arms Control, the United Nations Non-Governmental Liaison Service and the Alliance for Peacebuilding. Arnold's educational background includes non-profit organization training at Rutgers University. He is also a graduate of 45 cutting-edge ontological programs on transformational communication and self-actualization. He has also attended various programs on foreign relations and conflict resolution. Arnold now retired was the Managing Director of Search International LLC a legal recruiting firm and Client Development Associates LLC in Marlton, NJ. A practice development consulting firm. His articles on recruiting and practice development have been published nationally. He is the creator of the RE-CONtextualization™ Re-Programming Process which is a new approach to elicit breakthroughs in business and practice development.
