OIC BASIC EXPENDITURES OIC membership dues and donations are used for general operating expenses which include transportation expenses, office equipment, utilities, government related fees, technology services, professional services and supplies. TAX STATUS The Internal Revenue Service has determined that the Organization for International Cooperation qualifies as a tax-exempt organization described in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Accordingly, contributions to OIC are deductible to the extent provided in section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code.
